Skills Development Workshops are facilitated by Dr. Denise Stanley-Chard and Ximo Peris Casado from CLOCK. This covers Facilitator costs. Cities are responsible for all event costs (location, catering, stationery, etc), the cost of contracting local staff, and any marketing and communication costs.
